What are those big, famous white granules on your waffles?

That’s not salt. It’s pearl sugar, an imported Swedish product that we roll our dough balls in before pressing in the irons. When heated, the pearl sugar caramelizes, giving our product its irrisistible, golden-brown, outer crispness before giving way to the soft and dense, vanilla-infused, bite inside that everyone loves.

Where can I find your schedule of public events?

Feel free to bookmark the Marty’s Waffles truck schedule page, which has a complete listing of our events. This page gets updated frequently with new bookings, both public and private. The public is welcome at any events marked on this as “Public.” Please note: Events listed as private are restricted access and are only for people related to the event. There is no public access to private events.

How much does it cost to hire your truck for my event?

The number of variables that go into an event (i.e., location/distance from our headquarters, the number of guests, the type of menu desired, the day of the week & time of day, duration of event, etc.) all factor into the cost. Please refer to our Bookings & Events page for additional information and details. Please contact us to discuss your event so that we can provide a quote to serve you.

How can I reserve your truck for my event?

You can contact us via phone (513-310-3607) or email ( marty at martyswaffles dot com ) to discuss your event needs. For private events, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

How far in advance should I book your truck for my event?

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible. Our schedule fills quickly with annually recurring events and one-of-a-kind events.

Do you offer donations or assistance for non-profit organizations?

Yes, we do. In addition to annual contributions to charitable causes, we offer a formal fundraising program for 501-c-3 and non-profit organizations. The program is a win-win for organizations and their supporters. Organizations can earn up to 20% on a special sale of Marty’s Waffles by-the-dozen to their community. Please visit our Fundraising Program page for details.

Where else can I get Marty’s Waffles besides on the truck at a public event?

Our product is available at Trailhead Coffee in Newport, Ky; at High Mark restaurant in Cincinnati, Oh; and, you can contact us for special orders for your home (Marty’s Waffles by-the-dozen). Just give us at least 3 days notice and we can usually accommodate your request if our event and wholesale order schedule allows.

Do you partner with other businesses through whoesale product offerings?

Yes, through our health-department approved commissary and Kentucky food manufacturer’s license, we can partner with food establishments to offer our popular, award-winning product. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a gluten-free product.
